IMPORTANT:
Loss or Damage in Transit: KidsPlay is not
responsible for loss or damage in transit. Our responsibility
ends when the carrier signs the bill of lading, which is our
receipt that the shipment was made complete and in good
condition. It is the customers responsibility to check the
number of pieces received against the number of pieces shown
on the freight bill and our bill of lading. Any shortages or
damage should be noted on the freight bill before it is signed.
KidsPlay reserves the right to improve and change product
specifications and price without notice.
